For those who like symmetrical forms, you might like to join us for the Banding Wheel course. Using manual wheel is a traditional method. You will build the artwork by adding layer and layer of coiled clay. In spinning the wheel, you can shape and trim the pottery to attain the concentricity and smoothness. The repetitive process of building and trimming with the Banding Wheel can be very therapeutic. You will build, trim and glaze 4 pottery artworks.
Course Fee: $700 (8 sessions)
includes clay, glazes and firing of pottery artworks
