ABOUT CLAY COVE

Clay Cove was founded in 2002 to specialize in teaching pottery-making to children and adults. Pottery-making is the process of transforming clay into ceramics. Pottery making encourages creativity and releases work stress. It is a therapeutic and personal self-discovering activity.  The process of focusing your energy in your creation is an experience that is both rejuvenating and self-fulfilling. It also promotes mental wellness. There has been recent documentation that creating ceramics can help combat depression (https://www.artsy.net/article/artsy-editorial-creating-ceramics-help-combat-depression).

Clay Cove's pottery curriculum is fun and interesting giving the children space to exercise their creativity. Regular Children Pottery courses are conduct at the studio. Apart from lessons at the studio, Clay Cove also conducts pottery appreciation workshops and lessons at the venue of your choice.

For corporations seeking to do Team Building through Pottery making, Clay Cove's facilitators are experienced management consultant who can value add to the outcome of the event.

For corporations seeking special corporate gifts, Clay Cove will work with corporations to design and create that differentiating gift.
